Accuracy

The accuracy depends on the technology used. The range that we can offer varies from 0.01 mm for object scanning, 2 mm for scanning buildings and process installations to a few cm’s for drone mapping (the inaccuracy can increase somewhat when linking images). Our years of experience have shown that deviations across the entire scan model remain limited and perfectly meet the requirements for our customers’ applications. By default we make an accuracy registration report of the scan model. Factors that influence accuracy are:

• Surface reflectivity
• Texture of the material
• Vibrations
• (Sun)light
• Temperature
• Dust
